PARENT SURVEY

A parent survey has recently been sent out to all friendship list email addresses.  Thankyou in advance for taking the time to complete this form.  The purpose of the form is to gather feedback and is also a chance for you to share information about your child and the goals you have for them this year.  If you haven't filled out this form already, or have not received an email invitation, please email me karrie.jamieson@fendalton.school.nz and I will rectify this.  Thanks for your support!
